At a moment in my life when I could have stayed quiet, I chose to speak.
Because deep down I knew: if I want to change something, I have to step up
And that one step changed everything.
I overcame my fear not through tricks or theory but through my body.
Through presence. Through breath. Through movement.
I developed my own embodiment techniques. Simple, powerful and fast.
They helped me reclaim my voice.
Now I help people around the world do the same.
Whether it’s in executive boardrooms or on stage, I support my clients to move beyond fear and step into their confidence to be fully, clearly, visibly.
I hold a Master’s degree in Training and Development and a coaching certificate from the University of Salzburg.
But more importantly: I’ve lived this. I know what I’m talking about because I’ve walked through it.
And I’ll help you do the same.
